The Product Strategy-Manager is an essential, highly-visible role contributing to the overall success of the R&D organization at ServiceTitan. This role will evaluate, manage, and execute on growth & efficiency initiatives that create immense value to our customers, while also driving meaningful business impact for ServiceTitan. This individual has a well-rounded background -- including analytic rigor and strategic thinking -- drawing key elements from roles such as management consulting, investment banking, product/corporate strategy, and/or product management.
What you'll do:
  • Scope and deliver on hypothesis-driven business cases -- e.g. new products, new markets, product led sales motions, and other strategic initiatives)
  • Lead quantitative and qualitative analyses including market sizing, pricing research, demand forecasts, DCF-style financial model, primary & secondary customer research, SME interviews, etc.
  • Create strategic frameworks to collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to drive decision-making and build consensus across senior leadership.
  • Develop the 3-5 year product visions and roadmaps for new and existing products
  • Research and equip internal teams with business landscape knowledge of competitors, insights, customer value propositions, and market trends
  • Lead and present at cross-functional meetings attended by C-level executives & board product leadership

What you'll bring
  • 5+ years of work experience in management consulting, investment banking, product/corporate strategy, and/or product management; MBA a plus
  • Experience in B2B technology with exposure to SaaS businesses preferred
  • Mastery conducting and fully owning quantitative and qualitative analysis (high proficiency with Excel)
  • Ability to distill complex and ambiguous issues into structured frameworks and concrete prioritized action plans
  • Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional communication, with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems to partners of all levels; comfort communicating recommendations to all levels of the organization
  • Ability to operate autonomously -- biased towards action

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role is between $124,000 - $178,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
