Position Summary:
Deepwatch is seeking a high-energy, experienced Renewals Manager. This individual will report to the Sr. Director of Renewals and will be responsible for leading the renewals team to drive renewal and upsell opportunities of our Managed Security Services at large enterprise customers.

In this role you’ll get to:
- Lead and develop the current team of Renewals Specialists and scale the team as DW grows
- Oversee renewals process by partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams to drive growth during renewal cycle
- Act as a trusted advisor to customer and channel partner contacts to ensure we leverage upsell and cross sell opportunities based on identified customer needs and outcomes
- Manage and control the sales process at every stage through contract signing
- Proactively identify barriers that may impact a renewal and swiftly engage all available resources to remove them
- Meet or exceed quarterly results for sales bookings, revenue and gross margin
- Set and manage expectations with senior stakeholders and team members
- Play an active role in driving growth in a winning, team oriented, hyper responsive culture
- Build relationships with internal sales teams across the US
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to:
- Lead a team to achieve or exceed renewal quota by leveraging your combination of individual contributor and people management experience, typically associated with 5+ years, in sales, customer renewals and relationship management
- Establish yourself as a partner with Customer Success and Sales Operations to maximize retention strategies and achieve renewal goals
- Demonstrate an understanding of threat intelligence, EDR, VM, Intrusion Detection and Incident Response, or be willing to learn
- Leverage your exceptional communication skills to credibly interact with partners, executives, and customers on a daily basis
- Accurately track, report and provide weekly reporting of sales performance and pipeline using Salesforce, ServiceNow and Tableau
Colorado* Candidates:
For applicants in Colorado the salary range for this role is $104,000 to $130,000 + commissions + stock options + benefits. Actual compensation may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
