Accountabilities:

As the Manager, Revenue Forecasting & Analytics, you will own the development and continuous improvement of forecasting processes, models, and systems that guide business planning and executive decisions. You will lead a team, drive operational improvements, and collaborate across departments to strengthen data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Financial Analytics Engineers, establishing priorities and fostering a high-performing team culture.
  • Own forecasting methodologies across revenue, spend, net revenue, and company planning initiatives while continuously improving accuracy and consistency.
  • Design and maintain driver-based forecasting models supporting executive planning, scenario analysis, and long-term business strategy.
  • Identify gaps in data quality, systems, and business processes that impact forecasting performance and lead initiatives to address them.
  • Partner with Finance, Revenue, Operations, Data, and Engineering teams to improve forecasting inputs and operational workflows.
  • Transition forecasting processes from manual spreadsheet-based approaches toward scalable planning platforms and repeatable solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate forecasting models into modern data platforms and enterprise planning tools.
  • Establish governance frameworks, documentation, performance tracking, and feedback loops to continuously enhance forecasting capabilities.
  • Requirements:
    The ideal candidate is an experienced finance and analytics leader with a strong background in forecasting, business planning, and technology-driven environments. You should combine strategic thinking, technical understanding, and strong leadership skills to build scalable solutions and influence cross-functional teams. Key qualifications include:

    • 8+ years of experience in financial forecasting, strategic finance, financial analytics, or business planning within SaaS, fintech, advertising technology, or another high-growth technology company.
    • 4+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing technical, analytics, or finance teams.
    • Proven expertise in building revenue, spend, net revenue, and long-range forecasting models.
    • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, technology business models, unit economics, financial statements, and forecasting methodologies.
    • Demonstrated ability to identify root causes behind forecasting challenges and improve processes, systems, and data quality.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence teams and drive change without direct authority.
    • Experience with enterprise planning platforms such as Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Pigment, or similar tools.
    • Comfortable using SQL for data exploration and validation purposes.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage complex priorities.
