Job Description

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years (or equivalent) of Cyber Security Sales Engineering experience
  • Strong expertise in security operations, incident response and security intelligence
  • Experience building customized security architectures and  roadmaps 
  • Very strong presentation skills to large and important audiences
  • Represent Recorded Future at industry events such as Infosec, Black Hat, FIC etc
  • Completion of dedicated management training course (over 3 months)

Business Acumen

  • Ability to lead C-level sales discussions
  • Ability to mentor other Sales Engineers throughout the sales cycles, POV’s, operational efficiency, and any post-sales customer engagements
  • Contributes and partners with sales leadership in the creation of enhanced messaging and sales GTM and Partner strategy

Security Industry

  • Ability to lead security workflow discussions and understand how different security technologies contribute to individual corporate security programs
  • Current on security trends

Product Knowledge

  • Proficient in the Recorded Future Platform
  • Ability to set best practices for POV-ing a demo-ing Recorded Future

Leadership

  • Viewed as a SME and trusted advisor by customers
  • Ability to coach and mentor SE’s
  • Lead tech screenings of job candidates
  • Clearly aware of Team sales targets and performance to date
  • Strong communication skills -  share knowledge through email and Slack, answering questions and helping others.
  • Seen as a valued and trusted resource within the sales organisation
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of top customers in territory
