About the Role
The Manager, Salesforce Channel Operations will play a critical role in how Neocol expands upon our current relationships, branches out into new ones, and ultimately continues its growth as one of the fastest growing SIs in the space. This position is part of the most successful commercial teams in the Salesforce ecosystem and will be critical to its scalability moving forward.
The primary goals for this position are: Coordination / Program Management of entire GTM motion, “Connecting the Dots” between the Sales team, marketing function, and C-Level executives at Neocol within the Salesforce channel, driving pipeline & closed-won business through channel management, and getting opportunities appropriately tagged to showcase the value of this position.

In This Role You Will
- Be a Trusted Advisor in the PreSales Cycle to existing customers and prospects.
- Provide industry best practice recommendations on functional and technical scenarios.
- Lead Discovery and Scoping sessions with prospects to advise, recommend, and acquire scope requirements to determine estimations.
- Provide architecture leadership across Salesforce and ERP Systems in the presales process in order to establish a guiding principle design for the project.
- Lead analysis of the customer’s current environment to detect critical deficiencies that could impact project success and determine Neocol roles necessary for success.
- Collaborate with AE to identify and analyze enterprise business drivers to derive useful business context for program justification.
- Create resource plans and proposals to co-present with AE's to prospects and customers.
- Contribute to existing and create reusable assets and artifacts in the presales including scoping questions, decks, proposal formats, SOW templates / language.
- Draft and create scope language for assumptions and in scope/out of scope for projects.
- Participate in Sales to Delivery Handoff to ensure the delivery team has customer overview, project goals, and scope details.
- Articulate and present Program Roadmaps and provide / Program Oversight for Strategic Clients
- Exploring new Salesforce products and presenting POVs / Brownbag Sessions / Webinars
- Identify and participate in creation of Commercialization Strategy to solve common customer use cases and pain points
- Be aware of technology industry (AppExchange Apps, Salesforce Apps, Third Party Solutions) and market trends (Subscription, Consumption, Analytics) to determine their potential impact on system architectures
What You Will Need to Succeed
- Experience:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in revenue operations, channel operations, and/or strategic roles for high growth Salesforce SI
- Ability to create structure, design effective processes, prioritize, and execute on channel programs alongside key Neocol & Salesforce stakeholders
- Passion for technology and being a part of a fast-growing company - must have a “can-do” attitude and always be solving
- A collaborative spirit with a dedication to helping out as part of the team
- Ability to influence and work cross functionally with C-level executives
- Channel operations obsessed and operate with a focus on delivering exceptional results, creating & tagging pipeline opportunities
- Proficiency with Salesforce (how to create campaigns, report on them, etc.
- Mentality:
- You must have intrinsic motivation to succeed - you must possess a strong desire to learn from and make a major impact on a strong GTM team
- Have a strong ownership of your goals - finding pipeline from the Salesforce channel
- Have a strong desire to keep the team organized - transparent planning, coordination, and play-calling
