This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager / Senior Manager – Enterprise Sales based in India.
This role is a high-impact enterprise sales position focused on driving strategic growth across large corporate accounts in the customer experience and SaaS space. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers, shaping solutions that address complex needs in service, messaging, and feedback management. The role combines consultative selling, solution design, and relationship building with C-level stakeholders across leading enterprises. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and consistently delivering against ambitious revenue targets. Working in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to craft compelling proposals and win high-value deals. Accountabilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for driving enterprise revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure—while building long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
- Own and consistently achieve or exceed enterprise sales targets across assigned accounts and territories
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through strategic outreach and consultative engagement
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis and engage technical and product teams to craft tailored enterprise solutions
- Prepare and deliver impactful client presentations, proposals, and business cases for senior stakeholders
- Engage in high-level discussions with C-level and VP-level executives to influence buying decisions
- Apply solution-selling and value-based selling methodologies to drive deal progression and closure
- Expand revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and strengthening existing enterprise relationships
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting using CRM tools
- Collaborate with leadership to identify market trends, refine strategy, and improve sales effectiveness
- Support quarterly business reviews and ensure strong post-sale relationship management
- 5–10+ years of experience in enterprise software or solution-based sales
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong experience in consultative and solution/value-based selling approaches
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations and translate technical capabilities into business value
- Experience engaging with C-level executives and senior decision-makers
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and self-driven execution
- Familiarity with CRM tools for pipeline and activity management
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer needs and industry dynamics
