- Work cross-functionally to drive change and influence product and process.Â
- Be both a deep technical expert and a thoughtful people manager.Â
- Help to nurture engineering excellence and drive continuous improvement.Â
- Set and ensure a high bar for quality; ensure the team is building in quality through well-structured, unit tested, and scalable code.Â
- Provide leadership in daily standups, sprint grooming and planning meetings, and other Agile ceremonies.Â

What You Bring:Â
- 5+ years of relevant engineering experience, primarily developing user-facing production features on a modern web stack.Â
- 3+ years of experience providing direct supervision and/or skilled support to individual contributors.
- Experience developing web applications with C#, .NET Core, and Vue.JS.
- Strong proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, git workflow, etc.; ideally in Azure DevOps. Â
- Familiarity with establishing standards, setting and communicating timelines, and guiding technical decisions.
- Commitment to testing and quality; using the testing pyramid to guide test automation using unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests using Cypress.Â
