We are seeking a dedicated leader to join our team as Manager - Talent Acquisition Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Talent Acquisition function. This role focuses on optimizing recruitment processes, implementing best practices, and handling the tools and systems that support our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of recruitment operations, technology, and data-driven decision-making.
Location:
This role is approved to be either Remote within the United States or Hybrid in Newport News, VA, in accordance with company policy.
Key Responsibilities:

This position is a people manager role. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators and Talent Sourcers.

Develop, refine, and implement efficient recruitment processes to ensure a smooth and effective candidate experience.

Identify opportunities for enhancements and continuous improvement with the recruitment process.

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance the Talent Acquisition process.

Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners, including recruitment agencies, job boards, and technology providers.

Ensure all recruitment practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military/professional experience preferred.

5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or a related field. Prior leadership experience is preferred.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Strong knowledge of best practices within Talent Acquisition, labor laws, and compliance requirements.

Proven ability to lead and optimize vendor relationships and recruitment processes.

Demonstrated history of functioning as a strategic business partner, demonstrating the ability to collaborate with senior leadership and key partners to align recruitment and workforce strategies with overall business objectives.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and displays confidence while using data to drive decision-making.

Excellent project management, with a track record of driving process improvements.

Proficiency in Workday and other relevant HR technologies.

Pay Range:

Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.

$6,000.30 - $9,716.30

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
