Overview
The Manager, Video Conferencing is responsible for the management and support of all video conferencing rooms, equipment, and conference service administration (Zoom). Responsible for supporting the operation, maintenance and repairs to the equipment, and its related software and network components.
The Leadership Management job leads, manages, mentors, and develops the technology teams across ETP teams including Office of the CIO, business solutions, enterprise architecture and infrastructure teams.
Specialized Skills and Technologies
- Proficiency with Office365
- Understands systems development methodology and infrastructure project delivery
- Manage project budget, risk, and issues
- Technical skills to perform equipment setup, testing, and troubleshooting associated with any hardware, software, or programming within the video conferencing environment.
- Advanced knowledge in Video Conferencing solutions and hardware including collaboration platforms specifically: Zoom, Microsoft landscape, and software applications
- Advanced knowledge and experience with components of IT infrastructure including Video Conference hardware, remote support tools, end user hardware, and wireless devices
- Understanding of LAN/WAN hardware and software for switches and routers
- Ability to support audio and video conferences over Zoom, MS Teams and other platforms
- Advanced understanding and awareness of the ITIL Problem management process and procedures
- Experience with Service Desk Ticketing software, SMB Network Design and Implementation Server with Domain Controller Deployment
- Strong Background in End User Support
Primary Responsibilities
- Defines business objectives and tactical operations to achieved defined objectives
- Engages technical and business teams to ensure the team direction, priority and focus enable corporate success
- Delivers proactive, business focused IT services that enable rapid business growth and smooth business operations
- Manages tactical steps
- Coordinates priorities between the IT department and user departments
- Oversees technical team in collaboration with vendor and other support teams for problem resolution
- Continues to seek out opportunities to increase internal client satisfaction and deepen client relationships
- Maintain the overall design of the Video Conferencing systems and ensure the technology meet business requirements and are marketed effectively
- Act as liaison between Operations, Networking, and the Local Support Team
- Maintain insights on new technology and capabilities within the industry to ensure SGWS Video Conferencing estate remains current
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- Project Management (PMI) or Agile Certification
- Competent with SAFe, Scrumban, XP, Kanban, Lean, and other Agile framework
- Experience in food and beverage, CPG or distribution industry
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and formal education in relevant disciplines (Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics or relevant degreed)
- 7+ years related experience in technology management, customer relationship management and staff management

Physical Demands

- May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
