Manager, Web Development

Job Description

Procore is looking for a Manager, Web Development who is passionate and eager to work in the fast-paced culture of a growing global brand. In this role, you’ll focus on leading the development team responsible for building out innovative experiences on Procore’s digital web properties. You’ll centralize our web development efforts by working cross-functionally to implement and execute our web roadmap. Successful candidates have strong technical experience and an understanding of the tools and technologies required to plan, track, and manage web development teams at scale.

Procore’s marketing team is the driving force behind our global brand. They are responsible for creating demand, driving growth, and establishing Procore as the construction platform of choice through lasting relationships with customers, prospects, and partners. Procore marketing is the globally trusted voice to educate prospects and inspire clients, collaborators, and our ecosystem to champion meaningful change for the construction industry.

This position will report to our Director, Web Experience and Development, and has the opportunity to work remotely in the US or be based out of any of our US offices. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you'll do:

• Enhance website capabilities to align with our web strategy
• Drive innovation with a focus on user satisfaction
• Lead a team of developers to success with agile processes and clear goals
• Ensure success by improving site functionality, APIs, and performance
• Collaborate across teams to set goals and find effective solutions
• Develop team members through code reviews, mentorship, and guidance
• Prioritize projects, manage risks, and track commitments
• Deliver excellence and quality for critical areas of our web strategy.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• 8+ years of experience in a functional Web Developer role, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
• 2+ years experience managing teams of varying sizes and timezones
• Previous experience working as a react.js developer with knowledge of Webpack, Typescript, Contentful, and Next.js
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, security, testing, staging, deploying, and monitoring)
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $124,560-$171,270. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
