POSITION DUTIES:
- Engage and manage life sciences market research projects focusing on rare diseases;
- Supervise the collection, research, and analysis of big data using statistical methods and tools;
- Design and structure project plans including primary research (HCP, patient, payer, internal stakeholders), secondary research, data analysis, milestones, workshops, etc. to meet client needs and objectives;
- Supervise consultants in research (primary, secondary, vendor management) and in development of well-designed PowerPoint slides;
- Manage and work collaboratively with project teams to share insights, incorporate feedback, and evolve analysis and deliverables;
- Serve as main point of contact for day-to-day client interactions;
- Design deliverables that clearly communicate and visualize key findings, providing actionable insights and recommendations;
- Assist Principals and Directors with pitches and proposals providing critical feedback on project design, timelines, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
MS or higher degree in statistics, biostatistics, or biological sciences; 4 years of experience; experience in designing and managing life sciences consulting projects, manipulation and complex analysis of big data to address business objectives, pharmaceutical claims analysis, primary and secondary market research; practical experience with Power BI and R. RATE OF PAY: $164,674-$192,000 per year.
