Responsible for supporting Actuarial Management

What Are Your Key Responsibilities?

• Support and analyze activities related to the Direct Pay, Local Group, and/or National Accounts Market Segments • Maintenance and improvement of Actuarial analyses such as trend setting, gross margin reporting, and financial forecasting• Rate analysis and development• Actuarial representation on cross-functional workgroups as an active participant• Forecast/variance analysis and reporting• Product development support• Segmentation support

What Is REQUIRED?• 4+ years related work experience to include successful, progressive professional work experience • Related Bachelor's degree required Math/Statistics or related degree • Current Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to all levels of management

What Is PREFERRED?• Background in health field or insurance field• SAS and/or SQL experience• Familiarity with programming languages and PC software (spreadsheets, graphics, word processors, etc.)• Currently and independently managing projects and/or people

Annualized Salary Range: $102,000 - $165,800

Typical Annualized Hiring Range: $102,000 - $127,500

Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
