Accountabilities:

The Market Intelligence Analyst (AI & Automation) will support the development of intelligence systems, automation initiatives, and proprietary market insights related to private market transactions.

  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve internal deal intelligence platforms and tracking systems.
  • Design, implement, and optimize AI-driven workflows that automate market monitoring, signal detection, prioritization processes, and reporting activities.
  • Conduct research on companies, financial sponsors, capital structures, and transaction dynamics to enrich proprietary intelligence datasets.
  • Support real-time monitoring and tracking of M&A transactions by ensuring data accuracy, traceability, and timely updates.
  • Collaborate with international teams to integrate collected intelligence into centralized platform records.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities to maintain consistency and integrity across structured datasets and intelligence pipelines.
  • Monitor financial news sources, market publications, and industry developments to identify emerging transactions and relevant market signals.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and proactively implement automation solutions to improve processes and scalability.
  • Contribute to the development of internal tools, scripts, applications, and workflow enhancements using AI-assisted technologies.
  • Requirements:

    The ideal candidate combines strong analytical abilities, curiosity about emerging technologies, and an interest in financial markets and automation.

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
    • 0–2 years of professional experience; recent graduates with relevant projects or practical experience are encouraged to apply.
    • Strong interest in artificial intelligence tools, automation technologies, and experimentation with emerging platforms.
    • Demonstrated ability to build applications, automations, scripts, workflows, or side projects showcasing technical curiosity and initiative.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work confidently with large, structured datasets.
    • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Interest in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, financial markets, and transaction intelligence.
    • Familiarity with tools such as AI assistants, workflow automation platforms, scripting tools, or no-code/low-code technologies is advantageous.
    • High level of initiative, self-motivation, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across international teams.
