Job Description:

Not everyone fits neatly into “marketing” or “technology.”
Some people are more interested in how a brand promise actually gets delivered — how customer experiences are designed, built, and brought to life through systems, data, and teams.
That’s where Marketing Advisory & Customer Technology (MACT) sits.
As a MACT Early Careers Analyst, you’ll work at the intersection of marketing, customer experience, and technology. You’ll be part of delivery teams helping organisations translate ideas into real, working customer experiences — across platforms, channels, and data.
This role is designed to give you early exposure to client work, while building a broad foundation across different types of delivery. Over time, you’ll have the opportunity to explore different areas and start shaping where you want to specialise.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll be embedded within delivery teams, contributing to real client work from early on. Your responsibilities may include:
  • Supporting the build and execution of customer communications (e.g. eDMs)

  • Assisting with audience segmentation and targeting using customer data

  • Contributing to the design and implementation of customer journeys (in-platform or across digital touchpoints)

  • Analysing data to generate insights that inform customer and marketing decisions

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams across marketing, technology, and delivery

  • Managing defined pieces of work, with support, and progressively building toward independent ownership

As you grow in the role, you’ll be expected to take on repeatable work independently, communicate progress clearly, and proactively raise risks or issues to your team lead.

Join Us and Make a Difference:

At Accenture, we believe the most impactful work happens when strategy, technology, and human experience come together.
As a MACT Analyst, you’ll help shape how organisations connect with their customers — not just in theory, but in execution. You’ll work on real problems, build practical skills, and develop a clearer sense of where you want to take your career

What We’re Looking For:

We’re less focused on what tools you’ve used, and more interested in how you think, learn, and work with others.
Capabilities (What matters most):
  • A genuine eagerness to learn, including openness to feedback and continuous improvement
  • Clear and structured communication, particularly when working with stakeholders
  • An interest in both people and technology — and how they come together to create meaningful experiences
  • A collaborative mindset, with a desire to grow both individually and as part of a team
  • An emerging ability to break down complex problems into manageable components (or a willingness to learn how)
Experience & Exposure (Nice to have):
  • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Exposure to collaboration or ticketing tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, ServiceNow)
  • Any experience across marketing, digital, customer experience, or technology — through study, work, or personal projects
