At Droga5, part of Accenture Song, we create ideas that move people and shape culture. We partner with leading brands to deliver bold, creative work across campaigns, platforms and channels. We’re looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Designer to join our Sydney team on a 9-month maternity leave contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across high-profile clients while developing your craft in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.
In this role, you’ll contribute to brand and campaign work across all phases of a project, from concept through to delivery, helping translate ideas into compelling, scalable visual outputs.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the development and execution of visual design concepts across campaigns and brand work
• Translate creative direction into clear, compelling and scalable visual outputs
• Contribute to the evolution and expression of brand identities across different touchpoints
• Produce high-quality design deliverables across digital, social, print and integrated campaigns
• Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Designers and Creative Directors to bring ideas to life
• Prepare client-ready design assets and presentations
• Iterate on designs based on feedback while maintaining strong attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years’ experience in a creative or agency environment
• A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design craft and creative thinking
• Experience working across brand, campaign or integrated design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple pieces of work
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from senior creatives
• Interest in culture, creativity and how brands connect with people
