In this role, you will design, manage, and optimize automated marketing campaigns that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue growth. You will focus on building scalable, high-quality Marketo programs while ensuring data integrity, seamless integrations, and consistent execution across the marketing funnel. Working closely with cross-functional teams including Revenue Marketing, Marketing Technology, and Revenue Operations, you will translate strategy into automated campaigns that enhance the customer journey. This position offers the opportunity to impact global demand generation initiatives, improve lead quality, and contribute to measurable business outcomes. Accountabilities:
Build, manage, and optimize complex Marketo programs, including email nurtures, engagement programs, and triggered campaignsTranslate campaign requirements into scalable Marketo assets such as programs, smart campaigns, tokens, and templatesEnsure adherence to naming conventions, folder structure, and governance best practicesSupport full-funnel lifecycle marketing, from lead acquisition to customer expansionMaintain Marketo data hygiene, segmentation, and database healthPartner with Salesforce administrators to ensure accurate reporting and clean data syncsConduct A/B tests and continuously optimize campaign performanceDocument processes and serve as a subject matter expert for marketing automation best practicesSupport global demand generation and lifecycle email initiativesRequirements
2–4 years of hands-on experience with Marketo, including smart campaigns, engagement programs, tokens, and dynamic contentStrong understanding of B2B demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and SaaS/B2B technology environmentsExperience integrating Marketo with Salesforce and supporting clean lead flowMarketo Certification (Associate or Expert) requiredFamiliarity with ABM tools, intent data platforms, or global marketing programs is preferredHigh attention to detail with operational rigor to ensure scalable and error-free campaign executionAbility to document and maintain repeatable automation processesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to improve engagement, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectivenessCollaborative mindset for working effectively across marketing, revenue, and technology teamsBenefits
