Marketing Campaign and ABM Manager

The Role

Fusion's Marketing Campaign and ABM Manager will play a key role in coordinating our sales and product marketing teams. Utilizing account-based marketing strategy to manage and develop content and campaigns, you will help to build and streamline a thriving sales pipeline. In this role you will:

• Oversee content development and execution to support broader demand generation goals.
• Design and execute broad-based marketing initiatives to meet pipeline requirements of target segments.
• Coordinate with BDR and Sales team to generate new pipeline and advance existing opportunities within specific, target segments and target accounts.
• Engage with sales team to communicate and optimize impact of marketing activities and ensure that prospects are being followed up with in a timely manner.
• Iterate and optimize campaigns based on data, analysis, and feedback of campaign performance.
• Develop target account strategies to support account-based selling.
• Design and execute 1-to-1 and 1-to-few marketing initiatives to meet pipeline goals for key accounts and segments.
• Work to craft personalized messaging and sales enablement materials.
• Strategize, build, and execute an Account Based Marketing program to drive pipeline growth.
• Identify tool gaps and recommend, purchase, and manage ABM software.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• 5+ years marketing experience, ideally in SaaS and/or technology marketing.
• Experience with campaign and content management.
• Experience in account-based marketing.
• The ability to work cross functionally, working closely with the BDR and sales teams as well as Product and Product Marketing.
• Experience building marketing programs and strategies.
• A highly motivated individual, able to take charge, improvise, and collaborate.

This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except for the states of New York, California, and Colorado.
