Marketing Manager

Fully remote worldwide position

Lagrange Labs is hiring a Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing company. The ideal candidate will be a full-stack marketer, ideally with web3 experience, to help communicate Lagrange’s developments and grow its reach. This role will report to the Head of Marketing and be integral in bringing Lagrange’s products to market.

Lagrange (https://www.lagrange.dev/) is building a hyper-parallel ZK coprocessor for Ethereum, which is capable of proving large scale distributed computation over on-chain storage, receipt or transaction data with ease. Rather than facing the limitations of sequential-style computation, Lagrange’s coprocessor horizontally scales both through parallel computation and parallel proof generation.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to communicate technical launches and milestones, driving understanding and adoption of Lagrange’s products
• Work with external partners to develop co-marketing strategies and campaigns that maximize each team’s brand visibility and presence
• Oversee and manage Lagrange’s social media and community channels (eg. Twitter, Discord, Telegram) to ensure consistent brand and product messaging and effective audience engagement as well as feedback cycles
• Partner with internal subject matter experts to distill complex technical concepts into compelling and accessible content, such as blog posts, case studies, videos and more
• Assist in planning, coordinating and promoting Lagrange’s presence at events, including virtual and in-person conferences and speaking engagements 
• Work with the Head of Marketing to refine and execute the overall marketing strategy by developing campaigns in order to grow Lagrange’s brand awareness and foster community growth

Who You Are

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in marketing and communications, ideally at a web3 startup or similar fast-paced environment
• A background with marketing and writing about highly technical and developer-facing products preferred
• Expertise in working with different social media/marketing channels (eg. Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Medium, etc.) 
• Self-starter who is comfortable working in a high-growth, constantly evolving environment
• Results-driven with a strong sense of accountability and extreme ownership
