Marketing Operations Manager

As PA/IL Marketing Operations Manager, you will work collaboratively with our casino partners in PA and IL. You’ll act as the main contact with Rush Street Interactive to manage the day-to-day operations and strategy for PA and IL. This will include overseeing strategy, campaigns, reporting, and operations.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Oversees day-to-day management of brick-and-mortar casino strategies, campaigns, reporting, and operations.

• Directs operations of the omni-channel strategy, inactive channels, and other collaborations aimed at optimizing the omni-channel experience.

• Manages the ongoing efforts of PA casino brands, overseeing ad-hoc campaigns in PA and IL

• Collaborates closely with RSI stakeholders, including casino, sportsbook, and Business Intelligence (BI) teams.

• Coordinates unique promotions and events at casino partners

• Works to foster collaboration within branding efforts by partnering with RSG.

• Collaborates with RSI stakeholders on proformas, postforms, and budgeting.

• Partners with the RSI VIP team to organize on-property events and promotions to enhance casino traffic.

• Serves as a conduit for casino and sportsbook promotional incentives, ensuring alignment with BI strategies.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

· Experience with managing projects with a variety of casino/sportsbook initiatives.

· Able to work well with third party partners such as Rush Street Gaming, creative agencies and other groups within our partnerships.

· Able to understand reporting and analytic requests and work with the proper team to fulfill the inquiry.

· Knowledge in both brick and mortar and online casino sportsbook operations.

· Ability to search, find answers, and instruct our players on remedies to various issues.

· Great written communication skills

· Self-motivated and very reliable

· Experience with gambling industry and industry terminology, standard promotions, and gameplay.
