This role sits at the intersection of campaign execution, content marketing, and marketing operations within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment focused on AI-driven customer experience solutions. You will play a key role in bringing multi-channel marketing programs to life, ensuring consistent execution across email, web, social, and account-based marketing initiatives. Working closely with a collaborative marketing team, you will help operationalize campaigns, optimize engagement, and support pipeline generation efforts. The environment is highly dynamic and data-driven, with a strong emphasis on experimentation, performance tracking, and continuous improvement. You will contribute to both strategic initiatives and day-to-day execution, ensuring marketing programs are delivered on time and at a high standard. Accountabilities
You will be responsible for executing and supporting integrated marketing programs across multiple digital channels to drive engagement and pipeline growth.
- Execute and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, web, social, and digital platforms
- Build and manage campaign workflows, nurture sequences, and automation using marketing tools and templates
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and engagement data
- Support account-based marketing initiatives by creating personalized content and executing targeted campaigns
- Manage content distribution and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels
- Maintain and update content calendars aligned with campaign timelines and business objectives
- Assist in content editing and optimization for SEO and performance improvements
- Support marketing events, webinars, and promotional activities from planning to execution
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and customer-facing content
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment on campaigns
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Experience executing multi-channel campaigns across email, web, and social platforms
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce CRM systems
- Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with content marketing, SEO principles, and digital engagement strategies
- Experience supporting or executing account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives is a plus
- Ability to analyze marketing performance data and identify optimization opportunities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in AI, SaaS, and modern marketing technologies is an advantage
