About the team:
Accenture Song in ANZ brings together strategy, data, creativity and technology to help Australia and New Zealand's leading brands grow. Our team operates from Melbourne and Sydney, partnering across the broader Song network.
We're a cross-functional unit embedded within Song's marketing transformation and activation capabilities—covering first-party data strategy, omnichannel campaign execution, analytics and reporting, and marketing technology enablement.
The MarTech Consulting team in ANZ advises clients on the design and implementation of marketing technology ecosystems that drive personalised experiences and measurable outcomes. We work across CRM, CDP, automation and analytics platforms to deliver integrated solutions.
Only applicants from Sydney or Melbourne with existing rights to work in Australia will be considered.
About the role:
MarTech strategy: platform selection, roadmap development and governance.
Data integration: ETL/ELT, data quality and identity resolution.
Analytics & measurement: attribution, dashboards and ROI modelling.
Campaign technology: automation, programmatic activation and tag management.
CRM & data hygiene: segmentation, profiling and data enrichment.
Tech stack orchestration across marketing automation, CDP, DMP and CMS platforms.
Optimisation through experimentation frameworks and A/B testing.
Stakeholder alignment through cross-functional collaboration and client advisory.
Change management including training, enablement and adoption strategies.
Compliance and governance, including privacy and data management considerations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in MarTech consulting or marketing technology roles.
- Deep expertise across CRM, CDP and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of data integration and governance principles.
- Experience designing analytics and measurement frameworks.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with ANZ privacy regulations and compliance standards.
- Certifications across major MarTech platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce and Braze.
- Degree qualification in Technology, Marketing or a related discipline.
