This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Material Handler – fly-in/fly-out – Day Shift based in Canada.

This role is based in a dynamic remote camp environment where logistics and material flow are essential to supporting large-scale operations. You will be part of a fast-paced warehouse team responsible for ensuring the efficient movement, handling, and tracking of goods and supplies. The position follows a fly-in/fly-out rotation, offering structured time on and off with provided travel and accommodation. It combines hands-on operational work with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork. You will work 12-hour day shifts in a physically active setting where reliability and attention to detail are key. This is an opportunity to contribute to essential supply chain operations in a highly organized industrial environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Perform a wide range of warehouse duties including loading, unloading, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving materials.
  • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate order fulfillment, product staging, auditing, and inventory cycle counting.
  • Handle warehouse documentation such as picking sheets, returns, and shipping records.
  • Support automated packing systems and assist with operational troubleshooting when required.
  • Follow strict safety procedures and performance standards in all tasks.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency within the warehouse environment.

  • Requirements:

    • High school diploma or GED preferred.
    • At least 1 year of warehouse or industrial material handling experience is an asset.
    • Valid forklift operator certification preferred.
    • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.
    • Strong attention to detail with high accuracy under pressure.
    • Ability to work independently as well as within a diverse team environment.
    • Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt to a 7-on / 7-off fly-in fly-out schedule.
    • Strong communication skills and a proactive, safety-first mindset.
