Job Description

The Med D Lead Analyst will be a member of the Medicare Plan Finder product team. This critical role willprovide support to the business product and account teams. This position will be responsible for executing key compliance tasks and data collection, as well helping to maintain clear and timely communication with account teams, clients, and internal partners through administration of the business team mailbox. In addition, the lead analyst will support internal projects and process improvement initiatives, will assist in gathering data to support business process enhancements and assist in issue resolution.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Regulated Markets/PBM operations, strong organization and attention to detail, excellent professionalism & clarity in communication to various audiences and work well under the pressure of deadlines.

POSITION DETAILS:

  • Distribute, track, and maintain compliance-driven data to meet required deadlines and collect metrics to provide to Manager for oversight and reporting.
  • Assist with accurate and timely maintenance of required archived materials for future reference and ease of finding.
  • Create and/or revise documentation resources needed by the product team and key business partners.
  • Administer daily maintenance of business product team mailbox. Assist with communications to CMS/HPMS, client, and account team and internal team members to ensure clear understanding, alignment, and compliance to meet contractual expectations and product timelines.
  • Assist with GPIR, CMS grievances, and client inquiries communications to aid in timely issue management & documentation required.
  • Assist with internal product team process improvement opportunities to improve the consistency and accuracy of file submissions to CMS/HPMS
  • Administer bi-weekly data collection & QA necessary for file creation as a primary partner to the internal product team to provide accurate and timely submissions to CMS for the entire book of business.
  • Assist in additional projects, processes and process improvements as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to work well and communicate easily with various partners to achieve goals
  • Experience / Knowledge of Medicare
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and manage complex processes
  • Ability to work within an environment of tight deadlines and manage priorities under high pressure
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentations and documentation
  • Intellectual curiosity
  • Knowledge of PBM or Healthcare industry preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products with an emphasis on Excel & PowerPoint. Knowledge/experience with Access a plus.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 71,900 - 119,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
