Member Marketing Manager
Job Description
Our Member Marketing Managers are responsible for driving user adoption and maximizing engagement on our platform, in partnership with our clients and the internal teams that support them. Member Marketing Managers consult and interface directly with clients to design and execute marketing initiatives to ensure the success of our program.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Be a key contributor to our growth by collaborating with customer success, strategic account managers, and our client partners to develop account-specific launch and engagement plans that drive sign-ups, utilization, and revenue within each distinct customer account.
- Lead marketing discussions with our client partners to co-develop ROI-positive marketing plans tailored to their unique populations.
- Work cross-functionally to develop member marketing materials and campaign assets that build awareness and drive measurable engagement for company wide initiatives, new products/services, and key client campaigns (assets examples: emails, landing pages, paid media ads, flyers, direct mail, webinar presentations, and member testimonials).
- Track and report on engagement across your book of business and the impact of marketing initiatives.
- Be creative, data-driven, and work cross-functionally to set up and execute testing, optimization, and experimentation. Report results and recommendations for use across the team.
- Conduct message testing and research to gain insights that can be used to optimize marketing efforts.
What We Expect From You:
- 2+ years of marketing experience; experience in healthcare and/or employer benefits is a plus
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Exceptional project management skills, particularly in driving campaign and content production
- A self-starting “entrepreneurial” mindset and ability to flourish working independently

The target salary range for this position is $108,700.00 - $132,900, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
