Merchandise & Gate Worker - New Lenox, IL (Chicagoland Area)

PG Gate/Merch -As a Perfect Game Gatekeeper, you will run point for all fan entries into the baseball complex. Where you will ensure every customer purchases a wristband upon entry. As a Merchandise Employee you will be selling our Perfect Game Apparel at all PG Events. Specific Responsibilities and Duties Include: • Maintain the commitment to work the full duration of time/event you signed up for • Attend all gate/merchandise pick-up meetings prior to each event working • Communicate effectively with customers and Perfect Game Employees • Manage and Organize merchandise inventory • Maintain excellent customer service and proactive sales approach • Attain sales goals during tournaments and showcases • Return all items checked out to you at the end of your event (table, tent, tickets & merchandise) Minimum Qualifications: • Transportation to & from fields • Flexible availability including evenings and weekends • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals Perfect Game offers: • Flexible schedule/primarily weekend hours • Virtual training to ensure all processes and procedures learned prior to shift Event Dates: July 3-7 July 10-14 July 24-28 Sept 12-14 Sept 19-21 Sept 26-28 Oct 3-5 Oct 10-13 Oct 17-19
