Position Overview

Valimail is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to help us accelerate our expansion, based on our pioneering technology solution in the email authentication market. You have a chance to join a fast-growing, revenue-generating, venture-funded startup with name-brand customers as we build a meaningful security category.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop deals from lead to close within the mid-market vertical
  • Identify and pursue new targets – both nationally and global
  • Territory-based, Global coverage, with US emphasis Continue to accelerate our high-velocity sales process
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, engineering, customer success, and executive management
  • Feedback loop with Product team interviewing Sales & calling out exciting things Sales is hearing in the market

About You: 

  • 3- 5 years of proven direct sales experience preferably in cyber security
  • High level of prospecting experience
  • 2+ years of direct outbound experience
  • Proven and verifiable track record, especially at early stage startups
  • Highly organized
  • BA/BS preferred
  • Self-starter, pioneer
  • The highest professional and personal integrity
  • Excellent interpersonal skills on phone, in person, and in writing
  • Able to grasp sophisticated technology concepts and articulate them to a technical audience

Bonus Points:

  • Multilingual
  • SaaS sales experience
  • Security experience
  • Experience selling directly to CISOs, CTO's or other high ranking executives within the IT infrastructure is highly desirable
