Mid-Market Account Executive

Level Access, a leading provider of IT Accessibility compliance product and services, is looking for energetic and talented Mid-Market Account Executive with experience selling high-tech products and services. Candidates must be motivated, self-starters and work well in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. The Mid-Market Account Executive will operate in a classic “hunter” sales role, with a primary focus on penetrating a large, greenfield sales territory and closing new logo business for Level Access.
The Mid-Market Account Executive will be responsible for all aspects of the sale, including prospecting, managing SDR partnerships, influencing marketing GTM strategy, running the full sales cycle, negotiating agreements, order fulfillment and handing off relationships to the account management organization. This position is a great opportunity to work in a high-growth environment and partner with sales and services organizations to develop and carry out accessibility Initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a sizable territory of zero spend accounts; execute territory prioritization and develop a game plan for penetrating our TAM with the greatest level of outcome possible
- Partner with channel marketing managers in order to create relevant and resonant campaigns that drive marketing-produced opportunities
- Partner with, coach and equip for success a Sales Development Representative that is goaled on managing marketing leads + driving effective outbound selling efforts into your territory
- Manage a moderate volume of RFPs; partner with Solutions Engineering, Finance and Information Security to provide strong arguments for Level Access’ services
- Inside, marketing-driven + outbound sales, primarily by telephone; must have excellent oral communication skills
- Within a pre-defined account “hold” period, push new clients acquired into repeat sales; expand accounts as quickly and effectively as possible
- Use outbound calling to prospects, build relationships with potential clients, uncover the true needs of their business, and recommend the right products and services
- Must be able to listen effectively, assesses the situation, determine relevant issues, identify solutions and gain consensus.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of customer and market needs
- Maintain strong acumen for competitive differentiation and push win rates to the highest level possible
- Responsible for pre-sale planning and post-sale execution
- Meet or exceed Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales objectives
- Utilize and leverage SalesForce + corresponding sales effectiveness tools (e.g. Seismic, LinkedIn Navigator, Revenue.io and more)
Qualifications:
- 2+ years working experience in a professional B2B sales environment in a high tech or value-adding business services industry
- College degree - BA/BS - or equivalent
- General understanding of Information Technology and SaaS offerings
- Strong sales drive and aspiration to win
- Comfort working within a “hunter” role + a genuine interest in driving effective territory penetration plans
- Prospecting skills
- Intense spirit of collaboration
- Demonstrated market knowledge of competitive positioning
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to multitask.
- Effective communication skills to aid in forming relationships with your customers and coworkers
