This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Mid-level QA Automation based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact technology projects within the financial sector, helping ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of digital solutions.
You will work in a collaborative environment alongside developers, product teams, and other technology professionals to design and implement robust testing strategies.
The position combines automation expertise, problem-solving, and continuous improvement to support modern software delivery practices.
You will play a key role in enhancing testing frameworks, improving CI/CD processes, and ensuring seamless user experiences.

Accountabilities:

  • Create and maintain test strategies, scenarios, and automation solutions to ensure high-quality software deliveries.
  • Execute functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and exploratory testing across legacy and cloud environments.
  • Investigate defects, document issues, and follow up on fixes through final validation.
  • Support product owners during validation and acceptance activities.
  • Contribute to the evolution of automation frameworks and promote testing best practices.
  • Develop and manage automated test suites integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to identify effective technical solutions for automation challenges.
  • Requirements:

    • Proven experience in QA Automation roles with strong knowledge of software testing practices.
    • Experience with Java and JavaScript for web automation.
    • Hands-on experience with tools and frameworks such as Cucumber/Gherkin, Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Node.js, RestAssured, or Postman.
    • Experience testing APIs and messaging protocols, including AMQ, RabbitMQ, and Kafka.
    • Knowledge of databases, CI/CD practices (preferably Jenkins), and version control tools such as Git/Stash.
    • Experience with manual testing and agile methodologies.
    • Familiarity with collaboration and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
    • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
