Simple Technology Solutions (STS) is looking for a MLOps Specialist to add to our team. This role is integral to the development and deployment of machine learning algorithms and models that solve real-world problems for our clients. If you have a passion for machine learning and are excited about making a meaningful impact in STS's Data Engineering, AI &ML line of business, this is the role for you.

Quick overview:

This position is Full-Time-Remote
US Citizenship is required to obtain necessary clearances
A minimum of three (3) years of position related experience is required

The role:

Collaborate with Data Scientists to implement machine learning algorithms and models
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
Assist in data collection, preprocessing, and analysis
Conduct tests to evaluate the performance and scalability of machine learning solutions
Work closely with project managers to meet deadlines and project deliverables
Support the maintenance and optimization of existing machine learning applications
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and techniques in machine learning and data engineering

Experience, Education, and Certifications:

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in software engineering, preferably with a focus on machine learning
- Proven experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++
- Deep understanding of complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
- Experience with data preprocessing techniques and libraries such as Pandas or NumPy.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management
- Experience with PySpark for data manipulation and analytics in a distributed computing environment
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design
