Accountabilities:

  • Engage with prospective borrowers to guide them through mortgage solutions and home financing options, ensuring a consultative and customer-focused experience
  • Develop and maintain strong sales pipelines through outbound and inbound lead follow-up in a high-volume environment
  • Learn and apply mortgage product knowledge, compliance guidelines, and lending processes through structured paid training
  • Execute persuasive communication strategies to convert leads into funded loans while meeting and exceeding performance targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing, documentation accuracy, and timely closings
  • Maintain high levels of responsiveness, organization, and professionalism in a fast-paced remote setting
  • Requirements:

    • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a service-oriented environment preferred
