MyLT Venture Director

*This role will require monthly travel into our Charlotte, NC Headquarters*

MyLendingTree is LendingTree’s only membership business, which has grown to more than 22m users since 2014 and provides members access to their credit scores, monitors their credit and personalized credit and insurance offers. The business generates >$150m in revenues for the business and provides curated experiences that helps the members improve their credit profile and financial situation. 

Key Role/Responsibilities 

• Identify potential partners, data providers or competitors who can deliver benefits and services that belong with the MyLT member.
• Help frame and lead the product and membership growth strategies for our MyLT platform.
• Develop a strong understanding of our customer base and market landscape, understand user needs and connect the above to member opportunities
• Build compelling financial models & business plans that reflect the opportunities and new ideas for our membership.
• Works to identify product/services that align to our target members and improve market fit for MyLT.
• Aligns the vision for new services with the overall MyLT product vision and customer strategy. 

Projects/areas where this teammate will deliver 

• Organize and align new services/offering strategies developed across the MyLT cross functional team. 
• Leads competitive analysis for new services and helps understand underlying consumer and network use cases/benefits. 
• Leads integrating new services into MyLT’s business model including preapproved/prequalification services for lending products, exclusive member offerings,  

Qualifications:  

• 7-10 years of relevant experience
• Bachelors degree in related field required (MBA preferred)
• Experience working in fintech, credit card and digital consumer B2C and B2B2C Businesses
• Experience in consumer credit marketing 
• Experience in credit and lending customer acquisition and originations
• Experience working in digital consumer space

The pay range for this position in Colorado/New York/California is $150,000-$175,000 however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience

Incentive Compensation: Eligible for annual performance bonus
