Job Description
This sales role is perfect for those with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for generating and maintaining business relationships. The National Accounts Manager will be responsible for building their business by forming dynamic and strategic partnerships with clients while managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to qualifying to close. Applicants must have excellent communication skills. A strong sense of personal accountability combined with excellent organizational skills is essential. The right candidate is great at building relationships, enjoys being out in the field meeting with prospects and existing clients, and isn't comfortable until they have exceeded their sales goals.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build, develop, and maintain relationships with decision makers (mid-level executives, directors, Chief Financial Officers, Revenue Cycle, Board of Directors).• Generate, negotiate, and close opportunities through networking and prospecting cold and warm accounts.• Proactively manage sales activities daily to meet monthly revenue goals and individual quotas. Actively manage a pipeline of leads and prospects. Responsible for daily and weekly sales and pipeline reporting.• Provide weekly call reports, monthly pipeline reports and quarterly business plans, target market sales analysis, and any ad hoc reporting requested by the Chief Growth Officer.• Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying potential clients to closing deals. During the sales process, identify objections and determine how to overcome them. Negotiate sales contracts, obtain customer's signatures, including billing information, and submit to accounting.• Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and using your sales skills to turn them into long-term partnerships.• Apply product and industry-specific knowledge and expertise to bring clients new business and technology insights.• Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• A minimum of at least 5+ years of sales experience is preferred, with outbound call experience and cold calling to healthcare entities, preferably in the revenue cycle arena.• Bachelor's degree preferred.• Competitive and self-motivated.• Demonstrates effective negotiation and closing techniques.• Results-oriented team performer with the motivation and skill to drive the sales process to meet long and short-term goals.• Deep understanding of healthcare revenue cycle.• Relevant and valuable relationships within healthcare, specifically revenue cycle.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
• Prior experience must include sales planning and forecasting.• Ability to work within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform daily.• Ability to be flexible and work as a part of a team to complete an objective and to meet team goals.• Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.• Strong organizational and time-management skills.• Enthusiastic and passionate about sales and achieving results.• Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. The position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.• Some analytical ability is required to gather consumer information, find solutions, and prioritize work.• Work requires continual attention to detail in data entry of information related to consumer interactions.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
• Ability to write business-related documents such as letters, emails, and other business correspondence as needed.• Superior interpersonal communication and presentation skills, demonstrating influence and persuasion.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, see, and hear. The employee is frequently required to use their hands to dial a telephone, utilize a computer keyboard and mouse, and operate office equipment. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and lift up to 20 pounds.
The employee is required to be able to travel both by car and plane, on a regular basis, as needed for client interactions, industry meetings, and trade shows.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The employee works in a temperature-controlled office environment. The employee sits at a desk during regularly scheduled work hours, answers and makes calls using a standard telephone, types on a standard keyboard, and reads and comprehends information from a computer terminal and/or written resources.
