This field-based clinical support role focuses on enabling the successful delivery of advanced neuromodulation therapy across healthcare settings nationwide. You will provide hands-on procedural and technical support for physicians and clinical teams using an implantable therapy system designed for pain management. The role plays a key part in expanding patient access by supporting new account launches, filling coverage gaps, and assisting high-demand territories. You will collaborate closely with commercial and clinical leadership to ensure consistent adoption of best practices and high-quality patient care. A significant portion of your work involves on-site case support, training, and real-time procedural assistance in clinical environments. This is a highly mobile, impact-driven position ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic, patient-centered healthcare settings.

Accountabilities:

  • Provide in-person and remote procedural and clinical support for therapy cases across hospitals, ASCs, and procedure suites nationwide
  • Deliver hands-on training and education to physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff on therapy fundamentals, patient selection, workflow, and troubleshooting
  • Support new account onboarding, territory expansion, and Independent Account activation in collaboration with national and regional leadership
  • Serve as a clinical resource during procedures, ensuring adherence to best practices and safe, effective therapy delivery
  • Assist in patient pre-education and follow-up support to ensure continuity of care throughout the treatment journey
  • Provide case coverage in territories lacking local support, including coverage for vacancies, PTO, and high-demand periods
  • Support operational tasks such as inventory management, credentialing compliance, purchase order coordination, and CRM data updates
  • Collaborate with sales and clinical leadership on field activities, training initiatives, and account development efforts
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, or a related clinical field
    • Experience in medical device clinical support or procedural healthcare environments such as ORs, ASCs, or interventional suites
    • Background in interventional pain, neuromodulation, implantable therapies, or similar clinical specialties strongly preferred
    • Strong clinical knowledge with the ability to operate confidently in procedural settings
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with physicians and clinical stakeholders
    • High adaptability and comfort working in fast-paced, variable clinical environments
    • Strong problem-solving abilities with a self-directed and proactive mindset
    • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (approximately 75%) across the United States
    • Flexibility to respond to short-notice clinical coverage needs
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive compensation with variability based on experience, location, and territory performance
      • Eligibility for annual company bonus and performance-based variable compensation
      • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance
      • Short-term and long-term disability coverage and life insurance
      • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching contributions
      • Paid time off, holidays, and wellness-focused initiatives
      • Opportunities for professional development in advanced clinical and procedural therapies
      • Dynamic field-based role with national exposure and growth opportunities.
