Netsuite Administrator

Job Summary:

The NetSuite Administrator will take ownership over the monitoring, upkeep, and development of Ruggable’s ERP system. Ruggable is a rapidly growing business that is upgrading its technology stack to match its increasing complexity. We are looking for an individual who is excited to own and evolve our technology, who will champion data quality and create an enterprise system that is worthy of a rapidly growing company with strong ambitions. This is a high-profile project that needs a talented and ambitious technology leader.

What You’ll Do:

Continuous Improvement:

Ruggable recently went live with NetSuite after a six-month implementation process. As a result, there are plenty of opportunities for improvement. You will spearhead the initiative of making NetSuite a powerful and accurate tool for supply chain, accounting, and FP&A. You will work with each team in identifying new requirements and coming up with creative solutions to address those issues. We are in the beginning of our journey with NetSuite; your role is to push us forward. We have internal and external resources ready to support you.

Maintenance:

As with any large enterprise system, there will always be a need for maintenance and upkeep. You will create processes for updating vendors, prices, items, BOMs, reports, etc. You will be the go-to person for all things related to NetSuite, big or small. A world-class system requires a capable and detail-oriented steward who can coordinate a large and growing organization. We need an administrator with excellent organizational skills who can make sure that the system is always reflecting the latest changes at Ruggable.

What You’ll Need to Have:

Required:

• Prior experience and success with NetSuite implementation and administration
• Excellent written and verbal communication – especially with outside stakeholders
• Excellent business acumen, thoughtfulness, and ability to focus on “what matters”
• Strong understanding of business processes and requirements (particularly for e-commerce)
• Highly organized and thorough with impeccable attention to detail
• Ability to grow and scale a team

Preferred:

• Ability and track record with developing on top of NetSuite
• Prior experience with building accounting and supply chain processes
