NetSuite Senior Managed Services Consultant

This role is a high-impact client-facing consulting position focused on delivering ongoing NetSuite support, optimization, and solution design across a diverse portfolio of customers. You will act as both a functional expert and trusted advisor, helping organizations improve financial and operational processes through NetSuite best practices and tailored configurations. The position blends technical problem-solving, business analysis, and relationship management in a fast-paced managed services environment. You will work across multiple industries while supporting system enhancements, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role also includes contributing to software implementations and long-term platform optimization efforts. This is an opportunity to deepen expertise in NetSuite while directly shaping customer success and system performance.

• Manage multiple NetSuite support and managed services engagements, delivering timely solutions while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex NetSuite issues across core business processes such as order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, revenue recognition, and financial consolidation workflows.
• Configure, optimize, and maintain NetSuite functionality, including workflows, roles, permissions, and advanced modules to support evolving client needs.
• Develop and maintain financial and operational reports, saved searches, and dashboards to support business visibility and compliance requirements.
• Support system administration tasks including user setup, role management, and basic platform configuration activities.
• Prepare documentation for support activities, solutions, and system changes to ensure audit readiness and operational transparency.
• Assist clients with NetSuite upgrades, including impact assessments, regression testing, and readiness planning.

Requirements:

This role requires strong hands-on NetSuite expertise combined with solid business and accounting knowledge. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, client-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently in a fast-moving consulting environment. Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset are essential to succeed in a managed services setting.

• 3+ years of NetSuite consulting or implementation experience
• Strong proficiency in core NetSuite functionality and familiarity with modules such as ARM, SuiteBilling, and Projects
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and business operations
• Experience supporting business systems, workflows, and integrations across multiple platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and competing priorities effectively
• Experience in software, biotech, wholesale distribution, or similar industries is a plus
