This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a NetSuite Senior Managed Services Consultant based in the United States.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a diverse portfolio of clients, helping them maximize the value of their NetSuite environments through ongoing support, optimization, and strategic guidance. You will serve as a trusted advisor, resolving complex system challenges while building long-term client relationships across multiple industries. The position combines functional consulting, solution implementation, project coordination, and customer success responsibilities in a fully remote environment. You will support mission-critical business processes, contribute to software deployments, and help clients navigate evolving operational needs. Accountabilities:
- Manage multiple NetSuite support engagements and software implementation projects across a variety of industries with minimal supervision
- Lead recurring and ad hoc client meetings, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex NetSuite issues involving core and advanced business processes, including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Revenue Recognition, and Financial Consolidation workflows
- Configure, maintain, and enhance NetSuite functionality, workflows, reports, saved searches, user roles, and permissions
- Assist clients with compliance, audit readiness, system controls, and segregation of duties considerations
- Support biannual NetSuite upgrades through impact assessments, testing strategies, and regression testing activities
- Deliver end-user training, create supporting documentation, and develop user guides to improve system adoption
- Lead implementations and ongoing support of software solutions, including project coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication
- Maintain detailed records of support requests, solutions, and system changes to meet compliance and governance requirements
- Support team development through knowledge sharing, onboarding, and mentoring of junior consultants
- Minimum of 3+ years of NetSuite consulting experience in client-facing environments
- Strong expertise in core NetSuite functionality and familiarity with advanced modules such as ARM, SuiteBilling, Projects, or similar solutions
- Solid understanding of business operations, processes, and enterprise systems across multiple functional areas
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial processes, and related terminology
- Experience supporting compliance, audit requirements, and system governance initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to resolve complex issues independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach
- Experience creating clear technical and functional documentation for diverse audiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously
- Exposure to software implementations, business system integrations, and packaged software solutions is a plus
- Prior business experience in industries such as software, biotechnology, wholesale distribution, or related sectors is preferred
