NetSuite System Administrator

We are looking for an exceptional NetSuite System Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible to:

• Provide on-going systems and technical support for the NetSuite system and related finance systems such as Coupa, Maxio

• Work with end-users to understand business needs to identify best solutions

• Plan, review, and revise feature configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet evolving business and operational needs

• Strong understanding of billing, payments, A/R, general ledger, revenue recognition, planning, audit, and reporting

• Customize and maintain reports, NetSuite dashboards, and saved searches

• Perform regular data audits, check error logs and resolve issues identified

• Maintain NetSuite releases and perform regression testing to ensure that integrations with other finance business applications are in order

• Implement and manage workflow rules, approval processes, page layouts, security, validation rules, email, and custom buttons/links

• Onboard new entities onto NetSuite and other relevant finance business applications and cater for localizations (if any)

• Create business and technical documentation – customizations, workflows, and business processes, and keeping all documentation up to date

• 3-5 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator with experience overseeing NetSuite integration, testing and updates

• NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred

• Proficient in custom record types, fields, forms, scripting, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and NetSuite data model

• Experience integrating with third-party applications (e.g. Coupa, Maxio, Anaplan)

• Effective technical troubleshooting and debugging skills

• Can confidently provide support and user training across departments
