Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive the development and promotion of Renesas’ Partner Ecosystem by identifying, engaging, and collaborating with strategic partners across North America. The role focuses on creating impactful marketing strategies, leveraging digital platforms, and showcasing innovative partner solutions to expand Renesas’ reach and influence in the semiconductor and technology markets.

  • Actively seek out and identify potential North American partners aligned with the mission and vision of Renesas Partner Ecosystem, which includes IDH (independent design house), Module Partners (System-On-Module, Connectivity, Camera for vision AI, etc), Open Source Community Partners, Silicon Partners, ODM (original design manufacturer), etc.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner companies, understanding their business needs and objectives. Maximize Renesas silicon contents on Partner's board for joint GTM (Go-to-Market)
  • Collaborate with partners to develop and support joint marketing plans, leveraging social media such as LinkedIn, Youtube, Facebook, etc., for lead generation, audience targeting, and content distribution. Promote partner solutions through Renesas sales team, tradeshows, regional Tech Day, etc.
  • Develop marketing materials and messaging to promote partner success stories and showcase the value of the partnership.
  • Support the partner activities in Taiwan, South Korea, etc.
  • Support the partner solution promotion on Renesas.com

Qualifications


  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively interact with partners at various levels.
  • Relationship building: Ability to build strong relationships with partners and maintain open communication channels.
  • Stakeholder management: Skillful navigation of diverse stakeholders and aligning their interests.
  • Project management skills: Ability to plan, execute, and monitor partner engagement initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across the organization


Required educational background:

  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering

Additional Information

The expected annual pay range for this position is $60,500 $91,000. This position is also eligible for bonus pay. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
