We are currently hiring detail-oriented and professional Security Officers to join our team for evening and weekend assignments in Phoenix, AZ. Position Overview:The Security Officer’s primary responsibility is to maintain a safe and secure environment for patrons, guests, and employees. This includes monitoring entrances, conducting patron screenings, patrolling premises, and addressing incidents in a professional and respectful manner. Responsibilities: • Maintain a visible security presence and provide a safe environment for patrons and staff. • Conduct patron wanding and bag checks according to security procedures. • Observe and identify signs of intoxication; follow proper refusal-of-entry procedures when necessary. • Monitor parking lot areas to deter and report suspicious activity. • Respond promptly to incidents and communicate emergencies to supervisors or management. • Remain at post until properly relieved. • Complete accurate incident reports when required. • Enforce site rules and company policies with professionalism. Requirements: • Must be at least 21 years of age. • Valid Arizona Unarmed Guard Card (required). • Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred but not required. • Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods. • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills. • Professional appearance and adherence to dress code (Vault Security uniform provided). • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Uniform & Grooming Standards: • Approved Vault Security shirt, Coyote BDU pants, black tactical belt, and black boots. • Neat grooming and good hygiene are mandatory. • No unauthorized jewelry, political, religious, or offensive symbols while on duty.
