Nocturnist Hospitalist - Philadelphia, PA

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic and Nazareth Hospital have an excellent full-time opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join an employed Hospitalist group at Nazareth Hospital located in Northeast Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The Nazareth Hospitalist group consists of six Hospitalists, two Nocturnists and four employed moonlighting physicians in addition to Midlevel providers. The team is looking for a Nocturnist who will complement their culture of collaboration, compassion and professionalism while being an advocate for the patient, as well as serving the needs of the hospital.

The selected candidate will provide nightly inpatient care in an open ICU and must be comfortable performing procedures and willing to run codes. The candidate should expect to work a 7 on/7 off schedule.

Nazareth Hospital has a census of 10-14 patients per physician shift, with 60% of patients seen by the Hospitalist and 40% seen by private physicians.
