We're looking for hardworking individuals to join our growing team! We specialize in repairing and restoring pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB) in and around Houston, TX. Whether you’re a seasoned foreman, welder, or someone looking to break into the industry, we have a spot for you. Repair Foreman Pay:$28 – $38/hour (DOE) Responsibilities: • Lead crew on commercial and industrial metal building repair projects • Diagnose damage and oversee structural and cosmetic repairs • Coordinate work schedules, tools, and materials • Communicate with clients and project managers to ensure expectations are met • Enforce jobsite safety, quality control, and work documentation Requirements: • Willingness and eagerness to learn and work hard • 3+ years of experience with PEMB or structural steel repairs • Strong problem-solving skills for roof leaks, panel damage, and frame issues • Knowledge of flashing, sealants, fasteners, retrofits, etc. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • OSHA 30 preferred 2. Repair Technicians Pay:$20 – $28/hour (DOE) Responsibilities: • Perform repairs to roofs, wall panels, gutters, insulation, trim, and doors • Identify damage and complete repairs per drawings or instructions • Use sealants, patching materials, and replacement components correctly • Operate lifts, hand tools, and small power tools safely • Work at heights on roofs, ladders, and lifts Requirements: • Willingness and eagerness to learn and work hard • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in metal building repairs or construction • Ability to safely climb, lift, and work in outdoor conditions • Experience with metal roof repair and retrofits is a big plus • Must be detail-oriented and safety-minded • Welding or sheet metal experience a bonus 3. General Laborers / Helpers Pay:$16 – $20/hour (DOE) Responsibilities: • Assist crew with daily repair tasks and jobsite clean-up • Load/unload materials and handle tools and equipment • Follow instructions from foreman and technicians • Learn on the job and gain hands-on skills in the repair trade Requirements: • Willingness and eagerness to learn and work hard • Able to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders, and outdoors in all weather • No experience necessary – we will train motivated workers • Reliable transportation to job site or meet-up point 4. Welders (Repair & Retrofit Work) Pay:$22 – $32/hour (DOE & Certs) Responsibilities: • Weld and reinforce structural components on metal buildings • Perform MIG and Stick welding for frames, connections, retrofits • Cut, grind, and fabricate custom repair parts or retrofit solutions • Assist with structural inspections and welding documentation Requirements: • Willingness and eagerness to learn and work hard • 2+ years welding experience in PEMB or steel construction • Must be proficient in MIG and/or Stick welding • Ability to read welding symbols and basic blueprints • AWS certs a plus (or ability to pass weld test) We Offer: • Steady work– year-round projects and emergency repairs • Per diemandlodgingfor out-of-town work • Opportunities to grow intoforemanorwelderroles • Safety gear and training provided • Reliable, respectful team culture Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $16.00 - $38.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week Work Location: In person
