Nurse Practitioner Online Instructor

Blueprint is hiring primary care nurse practitioner instructors to join our growing team of educators. Our instructors deliver best-in-class learning experiences. As one of our instructors, you will prepare students for the ANCC and AANP exams using our proven methodology and curriculum.
What You'll Do

• Teach live study groups on a PRN basis to start, with the goal of transitioning to dedicated groups and a more permanent time slot
• Answer student Q&A on Zoom
• Assist students within our communities (Discord, etc) with clinical content questions
• Facilitate 1:1 readiness quizzing sessions with students
• Maintain a positive and uplifting atmosphere throughout the group
• Encourage and support students in all interactions both live and through channels such as Discord
• Rates starting at $60/hour.
• You will help future nurse practitioners achieve life-changing scores on their exams.
• Take advantage of a flexible work schedule - classes are primarily hosted on evenings and weekends so you can pick a schedule that works best for you.

• YOU PASSED your ANCC, AANP or better yet, both!
• YOU OBSESS OVER STUDENT OUTCOMES. You believe in the power of good instruction. You know what's at stake and you understand what it takes to help students succeed. You thrive on feedback and can't wait to coach your students to success.
• YOU KNOW THE EXAMS ARE PREPPABLE. You look at standardized tests as puzzles that can be solved. You love to show people how to break down complex material so it becomes accessible, doable, and fun. You enjoyed preparing for your NP exam(s) and want your students to do the same.
• YOU THRIVE TEACHING STUDENTS. You know that each student begins with different strengths, and you're committed to empowering students to build learning and test-taking skills that they will carry with them to Test Day u0026mdash; and beyond! You're confident using a webcam and you bring experience engaging students via a live streamed platform.
