One Home Health is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing Indiana team.

What You'll Do

As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain independence, improve daily functioning, and safely remain in their homes by:

Performing comprehensive in-home occupational therapy evaluations
Developing individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical needs
Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve function and quality of life
Educating patients and caregivers on safety strategies, adaptive techniques, and assistive equipment
Monitoring patient progress and modifying treatment plans as needed
Completing accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory requirements
Collaborating with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
Maintaining compliance with all clinical, ethical, and professional standards

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the State of Indiana
Current license in good standing
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule

Preferred Qualifications

Previous home health experience
Experience working with adult and geriatric populations

New graduates and therapists with strong clinical backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
