In this strategic leadership role, you will drive the development and expansion of a global ecosystem of OEM and technology partnerships. The position focuses on building high-impact alliances with manufacturers, platform providers, and enterprise technology leaders to integrate innovative workplace solutions into broader technology environments. You will play a key role in expanding market reach across multiple industries while accelerating revenue growth through collaborative partnerships. Working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams, you will transform strategic relationships into scalable business opportunities. Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive OEM and strategic partnership strategy designed to expand market reach and drive revenue growth
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure high-impact partnerships with technology manufacturers, platform providers, and enterprise solution partners
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships to establish long-term, value-driven alliances
  • Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, integration frameworks, and commercial models that support scalable collaboration
  • Design and implement partner enablement initiatives, including onboarding, technical integration alignment, and joint go-to-market programs
  • Expand existing alliances by identifying opportunities for product integration, co-selling initiatives, and coordinated market campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as product development, sales, marketing, and customer success to align partner strategies with business goals
  • Generate pipeline growth through partner-driven demand generation, co-marketing efforts, and coordinated field engagement
  • Represent the organization at industry events, technology conferences, and partner summits to strengthen ecosystem presence
  • Provide strategic insights and market intelligence from partner interactions to support product innovation and roadmap planning
  • Maintain operational rigor through accurate forecasting, CRM management, and opportunity tracking
  • Travel domestically and internationally to cultivate relationships and grow the global partner network
  • Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in OEM partnerships, strategic alliances, channel leadership, or technology ecosystem development
  • Proven track record of building and scaling strategic partnerships that contribute to measurable revenue growth and market expansion
  • Strong executive presence and ability to develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and external partners
  • Demonstrated success negotiating complex partnership agreements and structuring joint go-to-market initiatives
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate technology capabilities into compelling commercial opportunities
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with CRM systems, pipeline management tools, and partner reporting platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or ecosystem development
  • Background in enterprise technology, IT ecosystems, commerce technology, or hardware/software partnership environments is highly valued
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required

  • Competitive compensation package with on-target earnings ranging from $125,000 to $200,000, including base salary and uncapped commission incentives
  • Base salary range of $110,000 – $130,000 plus performance-based commission
