Office Experience Coordinator

This is a PART TIME/HOURLY position

We're looking for an organized creative and dependable Office Experience Coordinator to help make our Dallas headquarters a place people love coming to every day. If you enjoy planning decorating organizing and creating a welcoming environment this role is for you.

What You'll Do: 

• Keep our kitchen coffee bar and snack stations fully stocked
• Tend to plants & create weekly flower arrangements
• Order and manage office supplies to keep everything running smoothly
• Bring the office to life with seasonal decorations and holiday touches
• Help maintain a clean organized and inviting workspace
• Support fun office initiatives events and special projects
• Find new ways to make the employee experience even better

Schedule:

• Morning shift: 1-2 hours set the office for the day
• Afternoon shift: 1-2 hours reset the office after lunch
• As needed: Event & seasonal decorating Errands tending to plants creating floral arrangements.
