We’re looking for askilled on-site Accountant/Bookkeeperto manage our day-to-day accounting operations and support our management team with accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities • Perform dailybank and credit card reconciliations • Assist with processing bi-weeklypayroll • MaintainQuickBooks Enterprise Company File • Prepare and submitmonthly sales tax filings • Prepare monthly and year-end financial reports • Record Vendor Bills/Credits • Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable inquiries • Assist withannual franchise tax filings • Perform daily audit of Sales Orders and Credit Memos • Perform physical inventory counts and investigate any discrepancies with Quickbooks • Support administrative and office functions as needed Qualifications • 3+ years of bookkeeping experience • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or relevant field • Proficiency withQuickBooks EnterpriseandMicrosoft Excel • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and GAAP • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a small business setting Benefits • Competitive pay based on experience • Health insurance, vision, and dental • Paid time off and holidays • Supportive, team-oriented environment Schedule: • Monday to Friday (on-site) • 8-hour shift Work Location: • In person — Austin, Texas Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
