This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Operations Analyst based in United States.

As an Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming complex data into actionable business insights that drive operational excellence and strategic decision-making. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple departments, collaborating with stakeholders to improve processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and identify performance trends. You will leverage advanced analytical techniques, business intelligence tools, and data visualization platforms to support business objectives and optimize operations. Beyond analysis, you will contribute to process improvements, lead data-driven initiatives, and help establish best practices for reporting and performance management. Accountabilities

  • Conduct advanced quantitative and operational analyses to identify trends, uncover insights, and support strategic business decisions.
  • Utilize statistical methods, data modeling, and analytical techniques to transform complex datasets into meaningful recommendations.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data used across reporting and analytical initiatives.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, automated reports, and key performance metrics using business intelligence tools.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions that improve visibility and support informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with teams across operations, finance, product, and leadership functions to align data insights with business objectives.
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Identify inefficiencies within workflows, reporting processes, and data management practices, recommending improvements to enhance performance.
  • Lead root-cause analyses and support the implementation of operational enhancements and process optimization initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of best practices related to reporting standards, data quality, and analytics methodologies.
  • Provide guidance, knowledge sharing, and informal mentorship to junior analysts while supporting team development and onboarding efforts.
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
    • Prior experience in data analysis, business intelligence, operations analysis, or a similar analytical role.
    • Mandatory experience working within collections, debt recovery, receivables management, or a related industry environment.
    • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
    • Experience using business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
    • Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with a strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to interpret large and complex datasets and communicate insights effectively to diverse audiences.
    • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and actionable manner.
    • Collaborative mindset with experience working across multiple teams and stakeholder groups.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment.
    • Experience supporting process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency programs.
    • Valid U.S. work authorization required; sponsorship is not available for this position.
