The Opportunity

As an Operations Analyst, you will drive improvements and enhancements to our data, our processes, our tools, and our product. What You Will Do:
- Responsible for monitoring and correcting system exceptions
- Ensure data integrity within Salesforce and understand the operational impact to billing and revenue
- Import and export data using data loader as it relates to various applications and tasks
- Understanding of proper controls and payment procedures
- Setup and maintain all merchant billing
- Build and maintain documentation of key processes, system functionality and tools
- Validate daily ACH files for accuracy and submit to the bank for processing
- Review and evaluation of billing data for accuracy
- Managing chargebacks, refunds and clawbacks across all products
- Monthly collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile the funds flow across all products
- Utilize MS Excel to manipulate data extracted from various internal systems
- Create reports and dashboards to support all departments
What you will bring:
- Strong client facing experience including verbal and written communication skills
- A 'can do' attitude with strong follow-through habits, and a willingness to take on whatever tasks are needed to complete the job
- Ability to establish and maintain focus including solid time and project management skills
- Bachelors degree required
- Proficient use of Salesforce, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel
