Your impactÂ
The Operation Analyst (OA) collaborates with our Program Managers and assists in the management of Correlation One’s live, online training programs that serve hundreds of students at a time. The OA works closely with the Program Manager to successfully manage the day-to-day operations of running a digital skills training program for large enterprise and government clients. The OA also collaborates with the Curriculum and Product teams, contracts and manages instructors and teaching assistants, and completes ad-hoc projects to uncover insights about our data and/or digital skills training programs.
The ideal candidate is an excellent project manager and is able to execute simultaneous competing deadlines and tasks involving multiple stakeholders. The OA analyzes program data, provides support for live class ensuring learners, teaching assistants, instructors, and other stakeholders engage and benefit from the program. The OA is also responsible for assisting the Program Manager in running a successful admissions and onboarding process, which includes application setup and launch, applicant pipeline monitoring and reporting, and marketing initiatives, Q&A sessions, and/or any necessary applicant support to ensure strong enrollment.Â
A successful Operations Analyst is a quick learner with a strong work ethic who takes initiative and is able to navigate ambiguity productively and patiently. A day in the lifeÂ
- Assist with the preparing and launch of Correlation One training programs, including online live-session management, instructional staff hiring, cross-functional team collaboration, and client communication.Â
- Collaborate with the Product, Operations, and Account Management team to run our digital and data skills training programs.
- Create a friendly, professional learning environment by troubleshooting learner needs and responding to all inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
- Provide excellent client service and client communication by enthusiastically supporting clients’ needs to continue to strengthen the relationship.
- Perform anecdotal & statistical analysis on our collected data to uncover actionable insights across different training programs.
- Complete ad hoc projects related to our training programs.
- Collaborate with internal team to creatively assess and test new products, and implement strategies for higher engagement and efficiency.
- Manage the live class operations. Most of the classes take place on a weekday in a “live online” format (e.g., synchronous but delivered fully online).
Your expertiseÂ
- 0-2 years full-time professional experience, ideally in an operations or analytics role.
- Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing cross-functional, high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to use MS Excel to create and manage spreadsheets, graphics, and charts.
- Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Â
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- Proactive approach, high attention to detail, and a quick learner.
- Strong customer service ethic, with experience supporting relationships with individuals and clients.
- Familiarity with Google Suite and MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom strongly preferred
Where you are
- This role is for candidates based in LatAm. Working hours should be compatible with the US Eastern Time time zone. We are headquartered in New York City and have office space in Midtown Manhattan.
- This is a remote role. Correlation One is a remote-first company, with employees based all over the world.

The compensation range for this position is specific to location and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. These factors include (but are not limited to) location, experience, education and skill sets. The range only reflects the base salary and does not reflect bonus, equity or benefits.
