EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
The Anaplan Order Management team provides the oversight and global administration of Anaplan sales orders. Whether processing Software as a Service subscription orders, renewals or Professional Services engagements, the order-to-invoice-to-provision process is our daily business. This position is remote-based and reports to the Director of Global Order Management & Provisioning in the Anaplan Commercial Operations organization.

 

DAILY TASKS

  • Review incoming orders (contractual documents, SFDC entries, POs and approvals).
  • Process orders in SFDC according to Anaplan Revenue Recognition and Booking policies, external regulatory guidelines and existing internal controls.
  • Ensure license entitlement is correctly entered in SFDC to provide accurate order fulfillment.
  • Review and approve provisioning and entitlement cases for new and existing customers.
  • Process terminations.
  • Find creative ways to solve problems.
  • Use initiative to drive improvements and best practices within the team.
  • Be a dedicated point of contact for internal customers.

 

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Prior experience in order management or support is strongly preferred.
  • Work experience with Subscription and Services contracts in a SaaS environment
  • Experienced and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of SFDC is an advantage.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred; focused area of study in business or accounting is preferred.
  • 1-3 years professional corporate experience.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and has an administrative-focused approach to responsibilities.
  • Proficient with written and spoken English.
  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
